Return & Exchange Policy :
The return or exchange can be done within 7 days after your order is delivered. If you happen to receive a defective or incorrect product, we’ll arrange for a hassle-free reverse pickup at our expense. To facilitate the process, please remember to capture a video or photo before sending the package back to us or handing it over to our courier partner. Ensure the products are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit, and they must be returned in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.


Refund Policy:
For Prepaid Orders :  Expect your refund within 7 working days of us receiving and quality-checking your returned items at the warehouse. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. If you used a Refund Coupon for a prepaid order, the coupon value will be refunded as a coupon, and any remaining balance will be reimbursed through your initial payment mode.
For COD Orders : Once we receive and quality-check your returned items at the warehouse, a coupon code equivalent to the order value will be issued to your registered email address or contact number within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:
You have a 24-hour window from placing your order to request a cancellation through the Gin n Rum Chatbot, conveniently accessible via My Account or Write to Us – contact.ginnrum@gmail.com
Once your order has been shipped from the warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if you receive incorrect or damaged products, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of order delivery for prompt assistance.
